Company Overview We manufacture Cable Containment Systems and electrical products, seeking a collaborative team player to join us and contribute to operational efficiency and business support. Job Summary Support the administrative team by preparing business documents, maintaining records, coordinating communications, and managing office supplies during a 3-6 month internship. Responsibilities • Prepare accurate quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other business documents to support sales and operations • Maintain and update company records and filing systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility • Enter data and manage documents efficiently to support business processes • Coordinate with customers and suppliers via email and phone to facilitate smooth communication and transactions • Schedule meetings and appointments to optimize team time management • Manage basic inventory and office supplies to maintain operational readiness • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned to support team needs Preferred competencies and qualifications • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in business administration, accounting, or related fields • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Demonstrate good communication and organizational skills • Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn Other Information • Employment type: Internship (3-6 months) • Location: Eco-tech @ Sunview Road • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours (8.30am – 5.30pm)
