Role Overview The Administrative Executive supports daily office operations and ensures a smooth, organized, and professional working environment. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Coordination • Handle front-desk duties, including receiving visitors, clients, and deliveries • Manage mail and courier services • Maintain meeting rooms and common areas • Manage visitor registration, access cards, and office keys Office Administration & Operations • Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, cleaning, and services • Manage office supplies, pantry items, and stationery • Support workplace safety and emergency procedures (e.g. fire warden duties) • Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and staff claims • Act as a point of contact for staff on office-related matters • Maintain staff records, internal communications, and office notices • Support company events, meetings, and internal activities • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as required Requirements • Minimum GCE O-Level / Nitec / Diploma • 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently
