About this role
Responsibilities • Assist in the inventory of corporate fixed assets to ensure accurate data alignment between records and actual items. • Execute office-related procurement and inventory stocktaking. • Liaise with and assist in managing various external vendors, tracking their service quality and progress. • Support daily courier and mail handling, including both incoming reception and outgoing shipping. • Assist team members with collecting and verifying administrative expense receipts, submitting reimbursement requests in the system, and coordinating with the finance team. • Assist in organizing and coordinating various corporate activities (e.g., team-building events, keynote speeches, etc., if any), and provide logistics preparation and on-site support. Qualifications • Undergraduate student or above; majors in Human Resources, Management, or related fields are preferred; prior relevant internship or administrative experience is a plus. • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with strong execution, hands-on capabilities, and multi-tasking skills. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong team-player mindset. • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Compensation, Benefits & Commitment • Salary: SGD 80 per day. • Benefits: Eligible for paid public holidays in accordance with local labor laws. • Working Hours & Commitment: o Minimum internship commitment of 3 months. o Required to work at least 4 days per week.
