Job Description1. Provide general administrative support to the school's management, teachers and students on a daily basis, which may include but not restricted to: • Handle phone and walk-in enquiries • Attend to injured students who need first aid • Rotate with team to courier over items to and from Admin Centre • Collate the attendance for temperature taking and emergency/ haze-related exercises • Ensure fresh supplies of first aid items 2. Any other duties as may be assigned by the School Job Requirements• Prior understanding of MOE systems is preferred • Able to work on rotating shifts to support school events • Average IT skills (Word and Excel) • Possess good written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous with a high level of accuracy • Possess clear, logical thinking and good organisation and planning skills • Good time management skills with ability to work independently on tight deadlines and under pressure • Good customer service skills with the ability to build appropriate professional yet friendly working relationships with staff and vendors • High integrity with the ability to demonstrate an understanding and respect for data confidentiality • Able to find solutions to problems with some degree of flexibility in the approach whenever possible • Able to respond to enquiries in a timely manner • Able to commit from 15 May 2026 to 30 October 2026
