Attachment Description This position reports to the General Manager. ABWIN specializes in commercial vehicle leasing and rental solutions, providing flexible and reliable transportation services to businesses across Singapore. Specific Responsibilities Individual to be involved in: 1. Prepare and manage leasing agreements, contracts, and records. 2. Handle customer/vendor inquiries and scheduling. 3. Maintain databases, generate reports, and support invoicing. 4. Provide general administrative assistance to the relevant department and team. 5. Quotation submssions to clients Technical Skills and Competencies Technical Skills: 1. Proficient in document management and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 2. Skilled in data entry, invoicing, and CRM/database systems. Core Competencies: 3. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail 4.
