We are seeking a strategic leader to join our high-growth team, champion our vision, and accelerate the global decarbonisation of commercial flight. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES 1. Strategic Market Positioning & Brand Growth • Architect and execute a comprehensive regional marketing blueprint aligned with the roadmap established by the VP of Sales. • Segment the target market to pinpoint high-value opportunities across airlines, aircraft lessors, and major aerospace OEMs. • Monitor aerospace industry dynamics, competitive intelligence, and emerging regulatory trends to forecast future growth vectors. • Elevate regional brand equity by establishing direct relationships with tier-one industry stakeholders, media, and key influencers. • Spearhead company representation at major international aerospace trade shows, panels, and regional aviation exhibitions to capture qualified leads. 2. Commercial Enablement & Sales Support • Deeply analyze target customer ecosystems, procurement behaviors, fleet modernization cycles, and strategic pain points. • Produce high-impact marketing collateral, value-proposition decks, and case studies to power critical sales campaigns. • Deliver rigorous data-driven arguments and economic models for complex RFP/RFI responses. • Provide strategic pricing and value-realization recommendations to optimize win rates and protect margins. • Train regional sales teams, agents, and distributors on the company’s product differentiators and market positioning techniques. 3. Product Ingestion & Market Intelligence • Serve as the primary "Voice of the Market," translating field intelligence and customer feedback into concrete product engineering roadmaps. • Deliver regionalized pricing structures that accurately reflect local market willingness-to-pay and competitive positioning. 4. Ecosystem Development & Regional Expansion • Partner closely with the VP of Sales and corporate headquarters to vet, secure, and manage regional strategic partnerships. • Scale the organization’s geographic footprint, establishing the company as an indispensable market leader in the territory. REQUIREMENTS • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing, commercial strategy, or business development experience explicitly within the aerospace or aviation industry. • Domain Expertise: Deep, established networks and structural knowledge of commercial airlines, aircraft leasing firms, and tier-one aerospace OEMs. • Leadership: Proven track record operating in senior individual contributor or leadership roles, with an ability to function autonomously in a remote or satellite office environment. • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build multi-year marketing strategies from the ground up and constructively challenge legacy market paradigms. • Analytical Skills: Exceptional business acumen with data synthesis capabilities, enabling complex technical data to be converted into crisp value arguments. • Attributes: Self-starting, proactive nature with bias for action and corporate diplomacy.
