We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join the team as Trainee Technicians for the March 2026 intake. Why Join Us• Renowned global aerospace MNC with strong career progression • March 2026 intake • Door-to-door company transport (island wide) • Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 • Shift Allowance: $250/month • 9% salary increment after completion of 4 months • Variable Bonus: Up to 4 months • AWS provided • No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided Key Responsibilities• Diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft engine issues • Perform engine disassembly for inspection and scheduled maintenance • Conduct testing, repair, and maintenance of aircraft engine components • Ensure compliance with aviation safety and quality standards Work Schedule• Shift Work: 4 days work / 2 days off • Morning Shift: 6:30am – 4:15pm • Afternoon Shift: 4:00pm – 1:45am • 8-hour shifts (morning & afternoon only) • Overtime may be required based on operational needs Requirements• Minimum NITEC in any Engineering discipline • Willing to work shifts • Strong interest in aviation and hands-on technical work • Good learning attitude and attention to detail Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
