Role Overview: TechEmerge is seeking an accomplished and strategic Alliance & Partner Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in driving growth through strong alliances and partnerships across the region. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with deep industry connections and a proven ability to build, nurture, and scale partner ecosystems that deliver measurable business impact Key Responsibilities: • Develop and Strengthen Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key partners, including resellers, implementation partners, and strategic alliances • Drive Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint business plans that align with growth objectives and market priorities • Pipeline Management: Monitor and optimize partner-related pipeline to ensure consistent revenue contribution and forecast accuracy • Market Expansion: Leverage partnerships to accelerate business growth across the region, introducing innovative solutions and services • Communication & Enablement: Maintain transparent communication channels and provide partners with the tools, training, and resources needed for success • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and strengthen market position. Qualifications& Experience: • Experience: Minimum 15 years in partner management, enterprise sales, or related roles within the IT Services or technology ecosystem • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline • Industry Connections: Strong relationships with leading OEMs such as Microsoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Dell, HPE and others • Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to influence at senior levels and work collaboratively across functions • Knowledge: Broad understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and emerging technologies • Attributes: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Professional Traits: • Define and execute regional partner strategies to drive growth and strengthen market position. • Cultivate high-value partnerships with global OEMs and strategic alliances • Translate partnerships into measurable business outcomes with strong revenue insight
