Analyst programmer

Key Responsibilities: • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Corporate Internet Banking platforms and payment systems. • Lead workshops and interviews with corporate clients, relationship managers, product owners, and technology teams. • Understand and map corporate payment flows (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, GIRO, instant payments, bulk payments). • Work on enhancements to cash management products, payment initiation, transaction approvals, and reporting functionalities. • Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flow diagrams, and wireframes. • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design corporate-friendly online banking interfaces. • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and work closely with QA teams to validate solutions. • Analyze and propose improvements for transaction security, multi-authorization flows, and payment file formats (e.g., MT101, ISO 20022). • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for corporate payments (e.g., MAS regulations, anti-money laundering). • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. • Deep understanding of payment products: Domestic Payments, Cross-border Payments, Bulk Payments, Host-to-Host solutions. • Familiarity with SWIFT messages, ISO 20022 standards, and other payment file formats. • Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma (optional).
