Application Analyst Job Responsibilities: • Manage and support a portfolio of business and regulatory applications, ensuring system availability, stability, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors to support application-related initiatives and issue resolution. • Coordinate application onboarding, upgrades, enhancements, and change implementations, including planning, resource allocation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Monitor and govern application performance, operational risks, policies, and compliance requirements. • Manage incidents, service requests, and production support activities, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption. • Coordinate resources across multiple regions and time zones to support daily operations and project deliverables. • Prepare management reports, operational metrics, status updates, and governance documentation for senior stakeholders. • Provide application support to regional users across Asia-Pacific markets. • Maintain application inventories, asset records, and lifecycle management documentation. • Support procurement activities, vendor coordination, and equipment lifecycle management processes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. • Experience in application analysis and support, production support, application management within a banking or financial services environment. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams. • Experience in incident management, change management, UAT coordination, and service delivery processes. • Knowledge of IT governance, SLA management, risk controls, and operational support frameworks. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work effectively across different time zones. • Proficient in reporting, documentation, and Microsoft Office applications.
