Company Summary Julian Grey’s client is a global technology solutions provider supporting enterprise digital transformation, cloud platforms, and secure software delivery. Responsibilities • Deliver advancedtier-2 and tier-3 application support, performing deep-dive code analysis to diagnose and resolve software anomalies. • Oversee system telemetry and health metrics across all environments to guarantee optimal throughput, dependability, and system availability. • Head the triage and mitigation of application and security events, isolating root causes while coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams and external partners. • Partner with architecture, security, and product delivery teams to design and execute infrastructure and application enhancement strategies. • Author and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration baselines, and operational asset records. • Supervise daily runtime operations, evaluate system metrics, and translate technical data into performance reports for leadership. • Champion operational governance workflows, handling incident escalation matrices, SLA tracking, compliance audits, and formal change control. • Orchestrate rotating operational coverage and vendor management structures to ensure continuous, around-the-clock platform stability when required. Requirements • Educational background in a technology discipline (CS, IT, or equivalent engineering field)coupled with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on application support or infrastructure engineering experience. • Proven track record in high-tier (L2/L3) technical support, with the capability to investigate, debug, and patch issues directly within the codebase. • Strong familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, incident response workflows, SLA metrics, and change management protocols. • Competency with modern observability suites, APM systems, and cloud-native monitoring infrastructure. • Practical grasp of cloud systems, continuous deployment pipelines (CI/CD), Agile methodologies, and enterprise security or access control principles. • Prior experience with automation tooling (e.g., Configuration as Code, IaC), public cloud ecosystems, enterprise content management (CMS), or headless commerce architectures is highly desirable.
