About this role
Responsibilities • Provide L2/L3 application support for critical enterprise platforms. • Manage incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLA timelines. • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams/vendors. • Monitor application health, execute daily checks, and support production stability. • Handle production deployments, data fixes, and operational support activities. • Communicate incidents and technical issues clearly to business and operations stakeholders. • Drive automation, process improvements, and knowledge documentation. • Support release activities, disaster recovery exercises, and major production events. Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of experience in Application/Production Support. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Hands-on experience with SQL, Unix/Linux, Microservices, and CI/CD tools. • Exposure to monitoring and automation tools. • Ability to manage incidents in high-pressure environments. • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business users. • Experience supporting financial or transactional systems is an advantage.
