About this role
• Manage day to day issues including daily health checks of applications and processes, working closely with end users, development staff and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and/or mitigate outages. • - Perform in-depth analysis of production problems, identifies root causes and recommends solutions to resolve application malfunctions and prevent recurrence. • - Ensure all incidents, incidents and changes are progressed efficiently and effectively to meet application service levels • - Help in identifying, coordinating and implementing initiatives/projects that promotes efficiency and optimization of daily processes • - Proactively identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and/or availability Key Requirements: • At least 10 years of Banking experience • At least 5 years of solid CARDLINK (Credit and Debit Card System) hands-on experience • Expert knowledge and experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM, CICS, MQ Series, Ezytrieve • Expert knowledge and use of Mainframe tools such as; Endevor, File-Aid, Control-M • Prior application or production support experience is a plus
