About this role
Responsibilities • As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. • You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. • Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. • Expert proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS is required. Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow Field Service Management is suggested. Requirements • A Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Science, Engineering or Equivalent. • At least 3-4 years of working experience in information technology. Top 3 Must have: i.
