Architectural Coordinator

Job Summary Coordinate and supervise architectural works for LTA projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards while collaborating with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to deliver approved design solutions. Responsibilities • Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with authority requirements • Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings to verify accuracy and completeness • Ensure architectural works meet specified quality standards and comply with project specifications • Supervise architectural works on-site and resolve technical issues by coordinating with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors • Manage timely submission and approval of drawings, materials, and mock-ups to meet project deadlines Required competencies and certifications • Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Coordinator on LTA projects Preferred competencies and qualifications • Demonstrated ability to work independently with self-motivation and proactivity • Strong attention to detail and meticulous work approach
