About the Role A leading A1 main contractor in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Manager to join their team for a landmark mixed-use development project. This is a rare opportunity to be part of ahigh-profile project that will shape Singapore’s skyline and urban landscape. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all architectural aspects across the project lifecycle, from design development through to construction completion • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and ensure alignment with project objectives and buildability • Coordinate closely with consultants, clients, and internal teams to resolve design and site issues • Drive design coordination across disciplines (structural, M&E, interiors, façade, etc.) • Ensure compliance with Singapore authorities’ requirements (BCA, URA, SCDF, etc.) and manage submissions where required • Monitor progress of architectural works to ensure timely completion and adherence to project milestones • Oversee quality control and ensure all works meet contractual and design specifications • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent • Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience, with a strong track record in Singapore’s construction industry • Prior experience working on large-scale mixed-use, commercial, or hospitality developments is highly preferred • Strong knowledge of local codes, authority submission processes, and construction detailing • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex project environment Please send your CV outlining your relevant experience to wenyu.jiang@peoplesearch.jobs (JiangWenyu, Reg No: R1332558).
