About this role
Location: Outram Working Hours: Monday to Friday, office hours Contract Duration: 9 Months Salary Budget: $15/hour Job Responsibility: • Verify asset listings and process disposals (including approvals and coordination) • Check and track all assets and equipment • Assist in gathering requirements for renovation and new tenders • Support other estates-related duties as assigned Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in any discipline • Basic understanding of asset or inventory management • Good attention to detail and organisational skills • Able to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word) • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks • Prior admin or estates experience is an advantage Interested candidate please click"APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile.
