Assistant Manager (Talent Development & Partnerships)

Responsibilities • Implement mentorships and masterclasses for local talent to develop good IPs with wide appeal and know how to pitch to the commissioners, distributors, etc • Identify the best international experts to be mentors to local talent to develop their IPs • Manage programme partners to run the mentorships and masterclasses • Track and review project and talent progression after completion of mentorships and mterclasses. • Gather data and continue to refine hypothesis and approach to achieve the best outcomes Requirements • Background in Media, Communications, Business, or Related field • Media/entertainment industry experience with IP development and international market knowledge • Programme management and partnership coordination skills with talent development background • Data analysis abilities for programme evaluation and strategic refinement Contract Duration: 5 months Working Arrangement: Office hours Location: Pasir Panjang Salary: Up to $5,500 EA License No.: 96C4864 (Shanice Lim Xin Ni) Reg.
