Assistant Production Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION • Coordinate and schedule video and photo shoots. • Liaise with sales persons and clients to understand project goals, timeline, and requirements. • Ensure projects stay within cost and business expense limits. • Ensure creative direction aligns with client expectations. • Manage project assignments according to timeline and priorities. • Ensure crew members respond to clients in a timely manner. • Review and approve drafts before client submission. • Ensure timely delivery of final files according to project schedules.
