The Team The Business Banking team is mission-driven, focusing on revolutionizing financial access for underserved Small and Micro enterprises (MSMEs) through innovative GXS business banking products, including the GXS Business Account and crucial lending solutions. This team drives rapid growth in digital SME financing, bolstered by the strategic GXS Capital acquisition. What you’ll do • Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers servicing SME clients. • Act as a point of contact for partners & clients, addressing queries, providing timely updates, and ensuring smooth communication between partners, clients and the company. • Prepare and maintain client files, ensuring all records are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements • Assist in preparing internal reports and sales pipelines • Liaise with internal stakeholders (credit, operations) to ensure smooth processing of transactions and disbursals What you’ll need • No prior experience in banking or finance is required, though experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role is beneficial. • Ability to handle data and documents accurately, ensuring all client and transaction details are correct. • Able to take initiative, stay organized, and be resourceful in completing tasks with minimal supervision. • Able to adjust quickly to changes in the workplace or client needs, with a positive attitude.
