Apply only if you are familiar with TPQA, SSG funding & WSQ Course submission Core Responsibilities - Manage the admin team & processes - Monitor SSG receivables - Develop & monitor TPQA - Testing of TMS Key Duties - Needs Analysis: Identify training gaps within the organization. - Training Coordination: Schedule of courses & assigning trainers. - Performance Tracking: Maintain training records and track employee progress. - Quality Assurance: Conduct quality audits and implement improvement plans on Trainers - Coaching & Mentoring: Provide support to employees and junior trainers. - Any duties assign by the company Essential Skills - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational abilities. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Training & Learning management systems (TMS & LMS).
