Job Description Reporting to the Manager, Outreach & Volunteers, the job holder will support SCH’s philosophy of care in providing patients with an unhurried and personalised care in a homely environment to promote healing and integration back to home or the community. The incumbent will also contribute to the development and implementation of the SCH’s development initiatives, fund raising projects, volunteer management and community engagement programmes, activities and events. He/She will also support any other projects under Communications, Patient Experience, Development (CPED) as and when assigned. Job Requirements • Diploma in any discipline • Preferably 2 years’ experience in volunteer and donor management, event planning and management and fundraising • Strong interpersonal relations, resourceful and able to work independently • Enjoys meeting people • Effective written and oral communication skills
