About this role
You will support the delivery of technology and operations initiatives by ensuring effective project governance, system support, and financial management. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive digital solutions, automation, and continuous improvement across the organisation. • Support technology project delivery by maintaining governance standards, tracking progress, risks, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. • Provide Level‑1 application support, including user access management, issue triage, troubleshooting, incident logging, and escalation within defined SLAs. • Manage technology investments and budgets, including CAPEX/OPEX tracking, forecasting, vendor spend monitoring, and procurement coordination. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into solutions, including system enhancements, automation, and integrations. • Support AI and automation initiatives (e.g. Power Automate, Copilot, Workato) to improve operational efficiency. • Oversee PMO reporting and governance, including dashboards, project updates, and preparation of materials for leadership reviews and committees. • Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and ensure deployment readiness and operational support considerations. • Support vendor management, contract tracking, and compliance with procurement and governance frameworks. Who We’re Looking For • Degree in relevant experiences. • Experience in project management, application support, or technology operations. • Understanding of PMO governance, budgeting (CAPEX/OPEX), and vendor coordination. • Familiarity with automation tools or AI platforms is an advantage.
