About this role
Key Responsibilities• Attend on-site assignments across Singapore for AV system setup and support • Install, configure, and test AV equipment including projectors, displays, microphones, speakers, video conferencing systems, and control systems • Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently • Conduct preventive maintenance and system checks when required • Support event setups, meetings, and live AV operations when assigned • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams during installations or support activities • Ensure proper cabling, connectivity, and system integration • Prepare basic service reports after each site visit • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition • Follow safety standards and site compliance requirements at all times Work Nature / Conditions• Work is not fixed on a daily schedule; assignments are based on project or service requests • Required to travel to any location within Singapore as per assignment • May require extended hours, weekend work, or urgent deployments depending on project needs • Combination of on-site and standby duties Requirements• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electronics, IT, or related field • 1–3 years of experience in AV / IT support / system integration (preferred) • Basic knowledge of AV systems, cabling, and troubleshooting • Physically fit and able to handle equipment installation work • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Willingness to travel islandwide and work flexible hours • Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)• Experience with video conferencing systems (e.g., Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms) • Knowledge of control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX) • Basic networking knowledge • Cable termination and rack setup experience
