Good Baking Experience & Entrepreneurial mindset to work in a dynamic fusion restaurant, start the bakery business from scratch and develop Able to run as one man show initially with confidence and handson; and progressively grow a team & head baking section of the kitchen Create menu (Sourdough, Bread Loaves, Croissants, Birthday cakes, Cheese pastries, chicken pies, sausage rolls, Puffs & Cream Buns, Cup cakes, Cookies, Brownies, Muffins), and check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake Elevate the visual appeal of all plated desserts, bespoke cakes, and special orders, ensuring every item is "instagram-ready" and worthy of a luxury hotel Maintain safety, health and hygiene standards Ensure workstations are clean and tidy for food preparation Clean and maintain equipment and tools
