Baker/Assistant Baker

We are looking for a Baker / Baker Assistant to join our bakery team. You will support the daily preparation and production of breads and bakery products in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role involves dough preparation, baking operations, and assisting the Head Baker to ensure smooth daily production and consistent product quality. Responsibilities• Prepare and handle dough for daily production • Assist in baking breads and bakery products • Operate ovens and monitor baking timing and product quality • Assist the Head Baker in daily kitchen operations and preparation • Prepare ingredients, fillings, and baking trays • Support packing, stocking, and production duties when required • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work area • Follow food safety and quality standards at all times Requirements• Responsible and willing to learn • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Good teamwork and communication skills • Maintain good hygiene and cleanliness • Physically able to stand for long hours and carry baking trays • Positive attitude and hardworking mindset
