About this role
Main duties and Responsibilities of the role (but not limited to following) • Vessel check (to check on shipments) in LLOYD System to facilitate your colleagues in the checkers teams to further investigate and check • You will assist in FMF manual processing for screening validation • FMS is a system to do name and company name and vessel names screening • You will assist in trade bill processing in FITAS (Trade System) and hence you will need to be meticulous in handling of the data in FITAS (Trade System) system • Courier processing, printing of reports and scan hub reconciliation • You will also need to assist the team in any admin work as assigned Job Requirements: · Some office admin experience required · Detailed oriented and is comfortable with routine admin work · PC literate, able to use Excel · Good communication and interpersonal skills · Able to work in fast paced environment, and a good teamplayer Others: Department: GTO-Trade Ops Centre (cc 8511) Job Duration:12 Mths Position: BankAssociate/Bank Officer Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break Interest applicants, pls email updated resume to north@recruitexpress.com.sg Kasey Kong The Outsourcing Team Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA Lic: 99C4599
