Bao / Dim Sum Production Assistant (Part-Time)

Responsibilities: • Assist in the production and preparation of Dim Sum and Bao. • Support daily cleaning and maintenance of the production area. • Preferably with some experience in flour or pastry preparation. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Requirements: • Physical stamina (job requires standing for extended periods). • Basic hygiene and food safety awareness. • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Staff Benefits: • Hourly rate: $11.50 per hour • Uniform provided • Staff meal provided • Working hours: 7:00am – 12:00pm • Minimum 4 working days per week • Training provided
