What You'll Do: • Welcome customers, introduce menu items and specials, and take orders accurately. • Prepare beverages including coffee and tea, and handle basic food preparation such as sandwiches or baked goods. • Package food and drinks for takeaway. • Provide product knowledge, including explaining different coffee blends and brewing methods. • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and service areas. • Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels. • Assist in merchandising displays and keeping the outlet visually appealing. • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
