BD & Branch Support Intern

We are seeking a BD & Branch Support Intern to join our dynamic team in a fast growing financial services / brokerage environment. This internship provides strong exposure to client acquisition, sales operations, marketing activations, and financial market outreach activities. You will gain hands-on experience working closely with the branch sales team, marketing, and operations teams in a real business environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in financial markets, sales, and business development, and who want to build a strong foundation in the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Sales Support • Support the sales team in client acquisition and onboarding activities • Assist in identifying and engaging potential clients through digital channels, referrals, and events • Maintain and update CRM records and client databases Campus & Outreach Engagement • Assist in campus outreach programs, including coordination with student ambassadors and university partners • Support execution of student engagement and recruitment initiatives Marketing Events & Roadshows • Provide on-ground support during roadshows, marketing campaigns, and activation events • Assist with event setup, coordination, and execution activities • Support promotional and outreach activities to drive brand visibility Market Research & Reporting • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis • Support preparation of sales performance reports and tracking updates • Identify potential growth opportunities through research insights Cross-functional Support • Work closely with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns • Support administrative and coordination tasks as required What You Will Gain • Real exposure to the financial services and brokerage industry • Hands-on experience in sales, client acquisition, and marketing campaigns • Understanding of financial markets (equities, structured products, derivatives) • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional, and structured environment • Mentorship and guidance from experienced industry professionals Requirements • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields • Strong interest in financial markets, sales, or business development • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Internship Details • Duration: 3–6 months (flexible) • Location: Singapore (Branch-based) • Industry: Financial Services / Brokerage • Exposure: Sales, Marketing, Client Acquisition, Events
