Beauty Advisor

Job Summary We are seeking passionate and customer-oriented Beauty Advisors to support our pop-up store at NEX Shopping Centre. You will represent a curated range of skincare, fragrance, makeup and beauty tools and assist customers in finding products that best suit their needs. Responsibilities • Provide personalized product recommendations across skincare, fragrance, makeup and beauty tools to meet customer needs • Demonstrate product usage and share beauty tips confidently to enhance customer experience • Drive sales by achieving individual and store targets through effective customer engagement • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping environment • Assist with stock replenishment and manage inventory to ensure product availability • Operate cashiering and manage daily retail operations accurately and efficiently • Adapt to retail work hours including weekends and public holidays as per store schedule Preferred competencies and qualifications • Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics or retail to support effective customer service and sales • Strong interest in skincare, fragrance and makeup products to engage customers knowledgeably • Well-groomed appearance and confident communication skills to interact positively with customers • Sales-driven mindset with good communication skills to meet sales goals Other Information Benefits • Basic salary plus commission incentives • Staff discounts on products • Exposure to a wide range of beauty brands • Supportive and team-oriented working environment Working Hours • 5–6 days work week on a rotating retail shift schedule • Includes weekends and public holidays Location • NEX Shopping Centre, Singapore
