Job Summary Lead boutique operations in Kuala Lumpur for an international luxury brand by driving sales, managing inventory, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to drive boutique financial performance • Manage inventory proactively to optimize sales and maintain appropriate stock levels • Identify and implement opportunities to improve sales performance and reduce losses • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure consistent service excellence and customer loyalty • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet KPIs and deliver outstanding results • Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and development of boutique staff • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines for visual merchandising and store presentation to uphold brand standards • Maintain boutique operational standards including housekeeping, maintenance, and overall store condition • Communicate business updates effectively with headquarters to align boutique activities with company objectives Other Information Interested applicants should submit a detailed resume to admin@clarist.com.sg We thank all applicants for writing in.
