Required Skills & Qualifications • Must have bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP BPC. • Candidate must have implementation or support experience in at least one area of planning for a year. • Should have working knowledge of BW and HANA in the context of BPC • Configure and maintain SAP BPC for budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities. • Coordinate with finance teams to gather and analyze requirements. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BPC applications. • Optimize BPC applications to improve performance and accuracy. • Develop custom reports/input forms for finance and management teams. • Conduct training sessions for users on SAP BPC functionalities and best practices. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Mandatory Skills • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BPC Standard Version • Good knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes • Expertise in: • • Dimensions & Models • Logic Scripts • Business Rules • Data Manager packages • Input forms • Transformations & Conversion • Experience with EPM Add‑in for Excel • Solid understanding of Finance (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost Centers, Profit Centers) Technical Knowledge (Preferred) • SAP BW fundamentals (aDSO, transformations, DTP– basic level) • Data integration from/to PAPM/ S/4HANA/SAC • Understanding of SAC reporting capabilities • ABAP debugging knowledge (basic, nice to have)
