What You’ll Be Doing As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand professionally, support daily showroom operations, and help build meaningful customer connections. • Welcome customers warmly and create a comfortable, engaging showroom environment • Represent the brand professionally through appearance, communication, and service • Maintain showroom presentation, vehicle readiness, and displays according to brand standards • Engage visitors proactively, understand their needs, and provide a positive customer experience • Collect customer details and interests forfollow-up, and enter leads accurately into the CRM system • Support brand awareness through compelling content creation, social media platforms, and other promotional activities • Assist with daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administration, and cashiering where required • Help manage showroom supplies, promotional materials, and inventory items • Gather customer feedback on their showroom experience and share insights with management • Take part in training, marketing events, roadshows, and other duties assigned to support business needs Who We’re Looking For • This is a 12-Months contract role with working hours aligned to mall operating hours • Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level (or equivalent) • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail (customer-facing environment) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Prior knowledge of the automotive industry, and familiarity with social media platforms and content creation would be advantageous • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage to support communication with diverse customers Why Join Us at Sime Motors? • Be part of a trusted brand with a regional footprint • Work with cutting-edge automotive technology • Grow your career in a supportive, performance-driven culture • Enjoy structured training, career progression, and employee benefits
