Job Summary Join THE WRITER'S PLACE as a Customer Service (Intern) to assist with administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic tuition centre environment. Responsibilities • Support daily administrative and operational tasks to maintain smooth centre functioning • Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with diverse customers • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and solving problems as they arise • Duration: 3 months (2 weekday + 1 Saturday) • Tues-Fri: 10am-730pm • Saturday: 830am-530pm Required competencies and certifications • Ability to work during tuition centre operation hours, including weekday evenings and Saturdays • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for customer communication Preferred competencies and qualifications • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-driven with initiative Other Information Work days/Location: • Centre closed on Mondays, Sundays, and Public Holidays • Locations: Woodlands Galaxy Community Club (5 min walk from Admiralty MRT) and Junction 10 mall (Bukit Panjang MRT) Join us if you can be a driver of success!
