Building Maintenance Technician (1 year contract/Orchard)

• Reporting to Maintenance Manager and work on rotational shift of 4 days with 1 day off. (Morning shift: 8:30am to 4:30pm | Afternoon shift: 3- 11pm) • Perform basic building maintenance such as ACMV, Electrical & Plumbing and Sanitary works, etc • Conduct inspection of common areas within the shopping centre and tenant’s premises when necessary  • Record & update daily maintenance, Weekly & monthly inspection reports • Inspect and identify defects such as power failure, leakage and aircon issues • Inspect firefighting and protection equipment such as fire extinguishers & fire hose reels and Dry Risers • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works as directed by Supervisor • Requisite necessary parts to carry out repairs and maintenance • Practice workplace health & safety standards such as wearing personal protection accessories whenever needed • Any other duties as assigned by management Requirements: • Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Air Conditioning or equivalent • Possess hands on knowledge on electrical, plumbing and Sanitary, building maintenance and/or ACMV experience • Minimum 2 years’ experience in facilities/building maintenance in commercial building • Pleasant personality and able to work as a team • Good understanding of building maintenance and M&E systems • Able to handle audio visual system • Monthly salary + Monthly allowances (transport + handphone) + Completion Bonus + OT and other shift allowances • Candidates available on short notice preferred We invite interested candidates to send in your updated resume (MS Word Format), stating your reasons for leaving each employment, your current and expected salary to theresa@personnellink.com.sg and cc Career@personnellink.com.sg.
