About this role
• Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis experience within Global Markets environments. • Strong understanding of pricing, trade execution, and trade lifecycle processes across asset classes such as FX, Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Commodities, Money Markets, and Structured Products. • Experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, business process mapping, and production of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs). • Experience working on front-office, middle-office, trading, pricing, or execution platforms. • Experience supporting SIT and UAT activities within project delivery lifecycles. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both business and technology teams. • Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
