We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance domain expertise, data engineering, and system integration. This role is not just about supporting applications—it is about driving automation, optimizing ledger operations, and ensuring financial accuracy at scale across multiple regions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with Abinitio ETL, global ledger systems, and automation scripting, along with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders across APAC and EMEA. What You’ll Do • Lead with Impact Provide SME-level guidance, resolve escalations, and establish best practices for issue resolution. • Transform Financial Operations Design and optimize ledger data transformations, ensuring global standards are met. Automate validation and onboarding processes—cutting manual effort by up to 70%. Improve financial data accuracy to near-perfect (99.9%) levels. • Deliver Multi-Region Projects Spearhead onboarding of 20+ countries into global ledger systems, ensuring compliance with local and global accounting frameworks. Configure, test, and integrate new environments for large-scale EMEA/APAC projects. • Safeguard Business Continuity Oversee 24/7 production and UAT support for finance systems, ensuring 99.8% SLA compliance. Troubleshoot ETL failures, reconcile financial breaks, and maintain system integrity across mission-critical platforms. • Be the Bridge Between Tech & Finance Gather requirements from upstream/downstream teams. Translate finance needs into technical solutions, collaborating with developers, support teams, and business users.
