Business Analyst (Life Insurer) - S$5k to S$7.5k - 1 year contract

Job Description: • Support end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely implementation with high quality. • Actively participate in product launch discussions with stakeholders, proposing solutions that meet business objectives. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team leads to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met and risks are proactively managed. • Document clear and comprehensive business requirements and business rules. • Serve as Person-in-Charge (PIC) for assigned business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment across stakeholders. • Provide guidance and mentoring to peers to support capability uplift and delivery excellence within the team. • Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Accountable for UAT planning, execution, coordination, and documentation of results. • Organise, track, and manage defects, and lead checkpoint discussions with Technology teams to ensure timely resolution. • Act as PIC for UAT activities, coordinating closely with assigned team members and stakeholders. • Perform post-deployment verification. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials. • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders where required. • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and delivery efficiencies, in line with the organisation’s innovation values. • Adhere strictly to product launch SOPs and governance standards.
