Business Analyst (.NET)

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for: Business Analyst (.NET) Responsibilities: • Manage project and service delivery of requests issued to application developer.  • Review and ensure services delivered by application developers are in accordance to specifications, and the changes are properly documented and delivered according to established processes. • Issue ticketing and tracking • Daily operations of technology platforms, including monitoring and troubleshooting  • Problem management and user requirements analysis for technology platforms  • Development experience with the tools mentioned in the qualifications  • Operational experience with mission-critical software and experience in delivering technical services  • Experience working with end-user  • Good communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with users and vendors.
