About this role
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholder departments in business, operations, technology, regulators, etc and co-ordinate execution by respective owners • Execute projects according to plan, scope, budget & timeline • Ensure project execution adhere to policies, procedures and criteria • Monitor, track and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies and critical path deliverables • Understand interdependencies between business, operations and technology • Analyze risk and propose mitigation plan • Assist in Test Progress, Defects Analysis • Analyze current business processes to identify AI integration opportunities. • Collaborate with business sponsors, product managers, data scientist, technology partners to realize business needs into actual solution. • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and validate AI model readiness. • Familiar with Associative data modeling, predictive & text analytics, classification, data exploration, summarization. • Work with relevant stakeholders to develop use case benefits explanation, business requirement documents (BRDs), process maps, data dictionaries, client journey, user stories etc. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • At least 4 years’ relevant experience preferably in a Finance Institution. • Able to perform 40% Project Management and 60% Functional Business Analysis Work • Have relevant experience with Trade Finance Products or Operations
