Business Analyst

Designation : Business Analyst Experience : 5+ years Working Days and Hours : Monday to Friday (8:30 am to 6 pm) Location :Shenton Way Position Summary Service Delivery IT Consultants are skilled professionals who form part of our Professional Services team working within Operational Services and based within the IT Department. The main purpose of the role is to contribute to the successful technical support and maintenance of the currency management systems. They work together with a team in providing support for the currency management systems for project delivery as well as performing compliance and operational administration work. Key responsibilities • Manage project and service delivery of requests issued to application developer. • Review and ensure services delivered by application developers are in accordance to specifications, and the changes are properly documented and delivered according to established processes. • Issue ticketing and tracking • Daily operations of technology platforms, including monitoring and troubleshooting • Problem management and user requirements analysis for technology platforms Key competencies • Development experience with the tools mentioned in the qualifications • Operational experience with mission-critical software and experience in delivering technical services • Experience working with end-user • Good communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with users and vendors. Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field • 5 year’s relevant experience • Knowledge and experience with .Net application programming, powershell and batch scripting • Experienced in troubleshooting application issues on Microsoft Windows Server • Experience with AIX systems will be advantageous. • Broad knowledge and solid experience in technology operations • Experience of managing or working with large software applications in complex technology environments • ITIL experience is preferred • Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred
