Job TitleBusiness Executive Assistant to CEO Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organised, proactive Business Development Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing day-to-day operations, business development execution, and general coordination across the business. You will act as a trusted right-hand support, supporting the CEO on executing activities related to strategic, revenue-generating, and partnership activities while ensuring operational matters are handled efficiently. Key Responsibilities1. Business Development Execution• Coordinate meetings with clinics, suppliers, partners, landlords, and internal teams • Prepare marketing materials and collaterals • Market research and competitor updates • Assist with development of new products and services • Conduct outreach activities to drive sales growth 2. Operations & Retail Support• Assist with coordination of retail store matters (staff schedules, vendors, utilities, ad-hoc issues) • Support inventory, logistics, or supplier communications when needed • Help organise product launches, promotions, or events (online & offline) RequirementsMust-Have• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields • At least 1–3 years of experience in Retail roles • At least 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Branding or Business Development roles • Strong organisational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Have good sense of aesthetics and able to do graphic design • High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism • Personal vehicle and driving license Good to Have (Not Mandatory)• Experience supporting a founder, SME, or fast-growing business • Exposure to retail, healthcare, or e-commerce environments Key Traits We Value• Proactive – you anticipate issues and act before being asked • Detail-oriented – you catch mistakes and ensure things are done properly • Resourceful – you can figure things out and solve problems independently • Calm under pressure – able to handle multiple tasks without panic Working Style & Environment• Fast-moving SME environment • Direct interaction with the CEO • Exposure to business strategy, operations, and growth initiatives • Opportunity to grow into a General Manager role over time Employment Details• Location: Singapore • Employment Type: Full-time, Contract • Working Hours: Office hours with flexibility based on business needs Why Join FeetCare• Be part of a growing, mission-driven healthcare brand • Work closely with the founder and gain real business exposure • Meaningful work that directly supports business growth and customer impact
