Responsibilities: As a Business Development Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the company’s growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities include: 1. Business Development Support: • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships. • Support outreach efforts to prospective clients, property agents, and business partners. • Conduct competitor and market research within the mortgage and property financing industry. 2. ClientEngagement & Relationship Management: • Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain positive client relationships. • Follow up with leads and assist in maintaining the company’s CRM database. • Develop an understanding of customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. 3. Marketing & Brand Development: • Support initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and online visibility. • Contribute creative ideas for business and growth strategies. 4. Administrative & Operational Support: • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents when required. • Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling and communications. Requirements: To thrive in this role, you should possess: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). • Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. • Good organizational and multitasking abilities. • Positive attitude and team-player mindset. • Basic understanding of marketing or business development is an advantage.
