About the Role This is a hands-on internship for individuals who want to understand how a real sales operation runs from the inside. You will be part of structured daily routines, live client campaigns, and a team that holds itself to measurable standards. This role involves a screening process before confirmation. We want to make sure it is the right fit for both sides. What You Will Be Doing As a Business Development Intern, you will take part in exciting, real-world projects that help shape client relationships and business strategies. • Collaborate closely with senior executives on daily business operations • Understand client needs and help craft tailored recommendations • Deliver in-person presentations of our clients' products to business owners • Daily review of ongoing sales leads • Lead and facilitate small group strategy sessions to align on daily targets and campaign priorities • Accurate documentation and submission of client sign-up forms • KPI tracking and daily performance reviews As You Grow • Relay real-time market insights gathered from customers to help shape and refine our clients' sales strategies • Lead the planning and coordination of company events Who We Are Looking For A great candidate isn't defined by experience but by attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn. • A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with others • Comfortable speaking to people and willing to develop that skill professionally • Punctual, dependable, and receptive to feedback • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Able to commit to a full 3-month internship minimally Prior experience in sales is not required.
