Our Apex AI Platform serves residential property management companies across Singapore, combining AI automation, WhatsApp integration, and cloud-based workflows. Job Summary The Business Development Manager will drive growth by developing strategies, managing client pipelines, and forging partnerships within the property management and PropTech sectors to expand adoption of the Apex AI Platform. Responsibilities • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase adoption of the Apex AI Platform • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, including property management companies and MCSTs, to achieve sales targets • Conduct capability and readiness assessments of potential clients and integration partners to tailor solutions effectively • Develop compelling value propositions and lead end-to-end sales engagements with senior stakeholders to close deals • Build and maintain strategic relationships with property managers, technology vendors, and industry bodies to enhance market presence • Contribute to go-to-market strategies, participate in industry events, and support platform positioning to drive brand awareness • Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify new growth opportunities and inform business strategies Preferred competencies and qualifications • Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline • 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management • Proven track record in B2B sales or technology ecosystem development • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-suite executives • Experience in PropTech, SaaS, or enterprise technology • Exposure to AI, property management, or smart building solutions • Singapore Citizen or PR preferred Other Information What We Offer • SGD 6,000 – 8,000 / month, commensurate with experience • Direct involvement in cutting-edge AI product • High-autonomy role with growth potential • Fast-moving startup environment
