About this role
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the company’s creative design service portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, design services and client needs within the creative and marketing industry. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Prepare customized proposals based on client budget and creative needs. 2. Address client concerns and negotiate pricing and project scope. 3. Ensure timely follow-up with potential clients to avoid loss of opportunities. 4. Identify opportunities for repeat business from existing clients. 5. Develop strategies to increase average project value. 6. Monitor competitors in the creative and design industry. 7. Identify pricing trends, service gaps, and new market opportunities. 8. Ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycle 9. Handle post-project follow-ups and gather feedback/testimonials. 10. Resolve client issues or escalations professionally and promptly. 11. Translate client requirements into clear creative briefs for designers. 12. Coordinate timelines between client expectations and design delivery schedules. Technical Skills and Competencies: 1.
