Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives, manage client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, identifying market opportunities, and supporting overall business expansion. Responsibilities • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand business reach • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to enhance customer loyalty • Lead sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage key accounts to secure deals • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions • Prepare detailed business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to support planning • Achieve company sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales execution Preferred competencies and qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant business development or sales experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Required competencies and certifications • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills demonstrated through client management and sales achievements • Proven track record in sales and client management
