Specific Responsibilities 1.Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase spa clientele and revenue growth 2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners 3.Promote spa services such as massage therapy and foot reflexology to potential customers 4.Support the development and execution of marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility 5.Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitor activities in the wellness industry 6.Assist in creating service packages and promotional offers to attract and retain clients 7.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services aligned with client expectations 8.Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction 9.Support partnerships and collaborations with hotels, wellness centers, and other wellness-related businesses 10.Prepare basic reports on business performance, client acquisition, and marketing outcomes Technical Skills and Competencies 1.
