Purpose of The Role To assist in redesigning workflow process of the tendering and sales support to sales team and the workflow of operations execution in readiness for Sulzer 2028 working faster and better 1. Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations team members to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Participate in projects aimed at improving existing processes and workflows. 2. Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights. Maintain accurate and updated record of operational activities. 3. Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between operations and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment. Support coordination efforts across teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks. 4. Reporting: Assist in preparing operational reports and presentations. Summarize findings clearly and concisely for management review. Compliance and Quality Control: Support process checks and audits to ensure process are being followed and complied. 1.
